SHIPPING & HANDLING

 We ship using U.S.P.S. Priority Mail.  Your total shipping charges are based on your item shipped from the 43311 zip code.  We have a small handling fee of .49˘ per order to help offset packing materials.

If your order is received before 8:00pm EDT it will go out the next day. 

PAYMENT METHODS

Payment can be made by cashier's check, money order, VISA or MasterCard for prompt shipment. Credit Cards are only accepted from USA. There is no surcharge for credit card use. Merchandise purchased with business or personal checks will be held two weeks or longer until check has cleared the bank before the order is shipped.

BILLING & SHIPPING ADDRESSES

The billing address entered when completing your order MUST MATCH EXACTLY the billing address for the credit card you are using (the address where you get your credit card bill). If it does not, your order will be delayed, or could be cancelled in some cases. If you do not want the order sent to this address, then please specify a different shipping address.

RETURN POLICY

If you receive a defective item, we will replace it or as long as there is no evidence of abuse.

If you receive an incorrect item, we will replace the item with the correct item or refund your money as long as there is no evidence of abuse and the packaging is in the original condition. 

Returns other than defective or incorrect items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping/handling and insurance fees will not be refunded. All original packing – including boxes, packing material, wrappers, cartons, instruction manuals, warranty cards and the product must be in the ORIGINAL condition without markings, tape, folds or defacing. Products returned in damaged or unacceptable condition will be returned to the customer without exchange or refund. You must contact us within 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

You must have a 'Return Authorization Number' (RMA) before returning the item. Contact us by email for an RMA. No returns on closeouts, flashlights or optics.

WARRANTY POLICY

All products (unless specifically stated otherwise), carry an implied, industry-standard 30-Day warranty against defects due to manufacturing or failure. Warranty does not include any use of the product that does not fall into the designed use of the product as intended by the manufacturer.  

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

If an item shows the "ADD TO CART" button, the item is in stock.  I do not participate in any drop ship programs.  I do not want to worry about how quickly an item is sent out or if a purchased item is in stock.  I send items out everyday via USPS Priority Mail.  I think Priority Mail is the quickest, most economical way to send packages.

OUT OF STOCK POLICY

The most important thing to keep in mind when ordering is that our stock balances fluctuate throughout the day with sales demand and stock that we receive from the manufacturers. Items are constantly being sold and our stock is constantly being replenished. If the item is identified as "Out of Stock", we can special order the item for you and ship it as soon as we get it. Most items ship within 2 weeks.

Just because the item you ordered is NOT identified as out-of-stock does not necessarily mean that it will be in-stock at the moment you order it. We will notify you if the item you ordered is out-of-stock. We first try to reply via email and give you 3 days to reply. If we have not heard from you we will then try to call you at the numbers you provide with your order. Be sure to give us your current email address and phone number.

Some items are listed for sale on our web site that have not been released from the manufacturer yet. We place these items on the web site so that consumers may pre-order the items. Preorders are reserved with payment up front on a first come, first served basis. You may also request to be placed on a “notify list” and we will let you know when products are in-stock and available for delivery. Be advised that prepaid orders always get priority for delivery.

Many out-of-stock items are excellent products and are available for purchase, but we do not always stock these items in inventory. We will be happy to special order these items for you in a timely fashion. Again, most items ship within 2 weeks.
